How to find my pending post

Glad you found your profile where you can find your posts. We're planning to add that as an option to the "My Account" area soon as well.

even i can no get notification of answer to my post by mail.

Not sure why you aren't getting notifications by email. We'll look into what could be preventing them from being sent to you.
