JFBConnect Documentation and Facebook Opengraph Stories/Collections

The documentation is in need of an update, which we're planning to finalize this week. There's a lot of changes we need to make to make things more inline with Facebook changes as well as splitting the documentation up into more specific examples of types of object/actions that can be created.

The new documentation isn't complete yet, but it's much better. The main sections missing are the Action creation in JFBConnect and the different ways to 'use' the actions on the front-end. That should be done later tonight or tomorrow though.
