Can you go to the Open Graph -> Configuration area and check what you have set in the "Defaults" box? It looks like you've copied our suggested settings on the right and saved the. We do *not* set those values for our site in any way, so I'm not sure why they would be set to describe our site.
Removing those values from the box should let JFBConnect set better automatic values for your pages for the title and description.
Once you update those settings, it may take a few days for Facebook to see the changes on all of your pages. You can use the
Facebook URL Debug Tool
to scan a page and check that the values are being set properly as well.
