I have implemented the JFBConnect in my website. I have been successful in linking my Facebook account to my website account so as soon as I open my website URL I am automatically logged in to my website and the Facebook Login works fine for me even when I logout and Log back in.

But today my cousin (who did not have an account on my website) clicked on Facebook icon to Login through facebook. He could not. A popup appeared and immediately disappeared and did not Log him in to my website.

I could not figure out the problem. Can you please help.

The URL for the Facebook Login button is on this URL: fashionclassyfieds.com/index.php/en/log-in

Thank you.

When I tried to login with Facebook, after I entered my credentials, the following error box popped up:

This app is in sandbox mode. Edit the app configuration at developers.facebook.com/apps to make the app publicly visible.

Please go to the Facebook Developers Area and take your App out of Sandbox mode and that should let any type of user register with Facebook.

I hope that helps,
Alex

Thank you for pointing that out. Hmmm. Strange. I was never on sandbox mode. I wonder how sandbox mode was turned back on. I disabled it now. I feel that it should work fine now. I will let you know if I face issues when I ask my cousin to test it tomorrow.

Maaz,
Not sure how it happened either. By default, all apps are created in Sandbox mode, so it may have never been taken out of it.

Either way, glad you got it going. If you need anything else, just let me know.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It certainly isn't required, but is very appreciated:

Thanks,
Alex
