Can you check what versions of the JFBConnect you're using? Your subscription looks to have expired last November, so you're likely using JFBConnect v4.3.0. If so, you won't be able to use the newest SCLogin module and the Overview page of JFBConnect should show all v4.3.x versions. If not, you'll need to either upgrade the main component to the latest release, or downgrade whatever plugins or modules you upgraded as they are not compatible with the older release.

I hope that helps, but if you have any more information, let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

The new SCLogin module, v3.0 and higher, is only meant to work with JFBConnect v5.0 or higher. The v4.2 and v4.3 releases are almost a year old now, and things have changes substantially since then. The new SCLogin module has a very improved interface and modal popup options. JFBConnect support Google+ authentication, Open Graph Actions, and has a whole new profile system for integration with 3rd parties.

If you stay with JFBConnect v4.x, you'll need to downgrade the SCLogin module back to the 2.x release that came with that version. If you need a copy of the older version of SCLogin, we can gladly send it to you. Otherwise, we'd highly recommend upgrading to JFBConnect v5.1 and take advantage of all the new features available.

Thanks,
Alex

If you could send a working version of the SCLogin module for my version (Just so I can get the website back functioning correctly quickly) that would be great. In the meantime I'll take a look at the new version and see if we want to upgrade.

Thanks!

A full v5.1 release blog post will be up tomorrow along with a newsletter announcement soon thereafter.

Alex
