Hi!

I am totally bread dead on this one, but we want to simply show facebook posts on our website...simple as that.
Wouldn't that just be the mod_jfbcfeed module?

I know we have posts on our FB page, but the module simply says "No recent activity to display."
Autotune is 100% good.

Thank you!

Chip,
You'd want the JFBCFan (not feed) module. The Fan module is meant to show the latest activity updates to your Facebook Page. The Feed module is meant to show activity by users on your site.. so if a visitor comes to your site, the Feed module would show which of their friends have Like'd or Commented on a URL of your site, etc.

I hope that helps explain, but if not, or you need more info, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks Alex!

How about what the actual Facebook admins post on the Facebook site?
That's really what we'd like to show on our website to get people to be a bit more involved in what our FB site says...and bring them over to FB.

Our goal is to have what the FB admin posts on the FB site to also show on the regular business site.

Chip,
The JFBCFan module will actually *only* show the admin posts to your Facebook Page. It will *not* show what any non-admins post on your Page as it's pretty much meant to do exactly what you're looking for.

Try it out and let me know if there are any short-comings. That module is actually using a Facebook widget to load that information and is limited in how much it can be configured. We're hoping to have a much more configurable and style-able module available later this year that's built from the ground up, so any feedback you have would be great to know now.

I hope that helps, and thanks,
Alex

Awesome. Glad to help. As always though, should you need anything else or have any comments or feedback, just let us know.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It certainly isn't required, but is very appreciated:

Thanks,
Alex
