Facebook Sync Options at User Level

Not yet. One of the features we're planning in a future update (by the end of this year) is a button that user's can click to automatically import their profile data. We also are planning more granularity over the import settings so that you can choose to auto import the avatar, cover photo, status or profile individually on login.. that way, it's not all or nothing on returning visits.
