The code is identical on both the live site and the test site. Thought maybe you added that line of code leading to official JS login page so it seems that it's all about customizing the official JS login page.

Alex,
Sorry for this long chain.
I understand now that you made no changes to the code in the php login module and that module is what controls the two buttons on the top right of every page of my site. Seems it controls what is displayed in the buttons e.g. "Sign up" or "My Account" as well as what pages are linked to when you hit those buttons. (Correct?)

My outstanding issue is how to bypass or customize the jomsocial page that is presented when a user hits "Login." I'd like to customize that page with a different picture and text ("Join us now, it's free" seems a bit silly for a login page) but for now I'd like to just focus on the login fields and FB login button as it is on the live site. goodtalktnt.com/component/community/?Itemid=121

I also want to confirm that all I have to do when i upgrade the live site is select "use SourceCoast's JFBC" to Yes in Jomsocial's Configuration.

Do you know what caused the login page to appear like this when I first upgraded? See screencast.com/t/xwywoIx9

Just want to make sure that selecting "use SourceCoast" will solve this display problem or find out if there is something else that I have to do.
Thanks.

Peter,
Sorry I missed your response above. Not sure if you're still working on these issues since I know I helped you with some other things.. but I'll try to answer what I can:

I provided a pic in another post about how the new Facebook (and G+) buttons will look in the next release with JS3.0. Hopefully, that will help a little. Beyond that, I'm not really sure what you're looking to do on that page.

I will mention that the purple text at the top of that image is very difficult to read. I'd recommend removing the shadow (which makes it blend with the image) or changing the color altogether.

Everything else you mention is about 'when you go live'. I think you've already done that.. is everything going as expected?

Thanks,
Alex
