Hi Alex.

We have finalized our site, and all worked perfect.
We then moved it from /joomla build site to top domain and changed the API and JFB settings accordingly.

Now the JFB is not working , and after connection it even sets the FB API back to canvas /joomla directory.

What are we overlooking ?

Please help - we are live and thousands of users are not able to log in :(

Regards,

Danny

Danny,
If you re-run the Autotune configuration tool, it should update your FB Application settings properly. The site looks to be offline now, so I can't see anything that would help me diagnose the issue.

Is there's a specific error message or anything else that you can provide that would help understand the problem? Specifically, if you logout of Facebook, then go to your site and click the Login with Facebook button and use credentials for an admin of your Application, it may give a more descriptive message as to what is causing the issue.

Let us know any details you can, or how to access the site, and we'll gladly help get you going.

Thanks,
Alex

One thing I can tell from our Autotune logs is that the /joomla/ site ran Autotune using JFBConnect v5.0.0. The main site looks to be running v4.3.0, which is almost a year old. If you didn't upgrade the main site to v5.0.0 and just copied the database tables, that could be a cause for the issues as well.

I hope that helps,
Alex
