logout redirection 404 error

The new version has a "Same Page" option at the top of the Redirection selection options. When set to "Same Page", that's the same as if you had disabled redirections before. It simplified the configuration pages by removing 2 settings that could easily be combined into one.

Please test with the "Same Page" selection and let me know if you're still having issues. We'll gladly help investigate and solve them for you.
