Hi,

I have a current subscription (registered 3/7/2013) for JFBConnect but I don't see a download link for the latest version. If I try to link to the product I am taken to the payment page.

I have submitted a ticket because I didn't think this was strictly a technical issue but haven't had a response so am submitting inquiry through forum.

Liz,
I'm not sure why you can't see the downloads in the download area. Your subscription is definitely active, as can be seen from the "F" logo under your avatar in the left of this post.

It sounds like there may be a bug or something with our site if you can't get it. Can you let me know what happens when you're logged in and go to the "My Subscriptions" and "My Downloads" menu items from the "My Account" menu in the top right? What you should see is:
* My Subscriptions should show you details of your last subscription (name, date, invoice, etc)
* My Downloads should show you the actual files you can download. There will be text at the top saying "Please log in to view the latest JFBConnect and JLinked installations.", but the files should still be below that.

Please let me know what's happening, and we'll gladly help how we can. You can also update the main component from the updater built-in to JFBConnect.

Hi Alex,

I have logged in to take screen shots for you and guess what? I can see the downloads! So I just assume it was some weird login thing going at my end?? Anyway, all good now and thanks again for your usual prompt replies.
