Changes Needed
Please address the following feedback from our review team. Once you have made the changes listed below you may resubmit for review.
Thanks for your submission. I reviewed your action type, but it didn’t meet our criteria to become available to users. Here’s a list of changes that need to be made:

I wasn't able to test and publish this action based on the usage instructions you provided. Please test your action with the test user—called Open Graph Test User—from the submission process. Please resubmit your app when you can consistently publish actions to the timeline of this test user with your reproduction steps.

See more about authentication:
developers.facebook.com/docs/opengraph/using-actions/#publish.

**I read few of the articles, but the open graph action was not published to the timeline.

Once you’ve made the changes, I’ll review your submission within 3 business days.

Thanks for developing with Facebook,
Jenna

Open Graph Actions will be posted into the Activity Log. From there, Facebook or the user determines if it shows in their Facebook Tiemline. The user can select to show it in their Timeline by clicking the icons in the right of the activity in the Activity Log. Otherwise, Facebook will determine how to display the action based on different social factors of the viewer (Timeline, ticker, news feed, etc).

Before an action is approved by Facebook, it will not show anywhere by default. So, it's normal to only show in the Activity Log for now.

As to why your action was denied, I don't know. I'm not sure how you submitted it, but I'd recommend re-submitting it with more instructions and information on exactly how to recreate the action. Also, make sure that when you submit it to Facebook that the actions have been deleted from the test users Timeline. That will ensure that the action can be triggered again when they go to test. If you already triggered the action, it won't work for them and you may get the denial you saw.

I hope that helps explain. From the information you posted above, everything seems right.

Thanks,
Alex

I reviewed your action type again, but haven't been able to find significant changes to your submission. It still doesn’t meet our criteria to become available to users. ***I was still unable to test your read open graph submission. I clicked on the "Corso di Fotografia digitale per principianti a settembre" blog and nothing was published on the timeline. ***Please note that I will be unable to approve your action unless I am able to test the open graph action.

Alberto,
Are you able to see the test's action in the JFBConnect Open Graph Activity Log?

Can you go into the FB Developer Area , edit your app settings, and in the Developer Roles area, add "1251253607" to the Developer section? That will allow me to test.

In the JFBConnect Configuration -> Facebook API area, enable the "Display Facebook API Errors on Front-end" setting.

Then, please post, or Private Message, the instructions you're providing to the Facebook approvers and I'll gladly test for you. I won't need admin access to the site right now, but may if I can't test successfully.

Thanks,
Alex

Added as tester ... ;-)

this is the latest advise from reviewer

I reviewed your action type again, but haven't been able to find significant changes to your submission. It still doesn’t meet our criteria to become available to users. Please make the following changes in order for your action type to become available to users: I wasn't able to test and publish this action based on the usage instructions you provided. Please test your action with the test user—called Open Graph Test User—from the submission process. Please resubmit your app when you can consistently publish actions to the timeline of this test user with your reproduction steps. See more about authentication: developers.facebook.com/docs/opengraph/using-actions/#publish. Read actions may only be published when: a) there’s a strong indication that the user is actually reading an article and only after the user has been on the page for a minimum of 10 seconds b) you allow users to remove any read stories you publish to Facebook and include this option on the same page where you host the article and c) you allow users to turn sharing on and off globally, and that setting remains once a user chooses it.

these are the instructions

1) Go to www.fotozoom.it and login with your facebook account
2) Once logged in click the main menu blog section
3) choose a news or article to read
4) afer few seconds, at the bottom on the right will appear a notification
5) Open Graph Actions will be posted into the Activity Log. From there the user determines if it shows in their Facebook Timeline. The user can select to show it in their Timeline by clicking the icons in the right of the activity in the Activity Log.

I send to you via PM the detail to login in my backend admin

Alberto,
I just tested on your site. Everything worked as you have it configured, but I'd make the following suggestions to improve your approval chances:
* Disable the New User Automatic Post altogether. That functionality isn't recommended to be used as it's against some of Facebook's terms as we've discussed. It also posts to the Timeline as well, which likely is confusing the tester. Additionally, your post has multiple !!!!, which will also not make the approver very happy to see (they don't want spammy type posts at all).
* Your action is setup to trigger after 5 seconds. As noted by the tester, it should wait at least 10 seconds. I'd recommend configuring it to 20 seconds to make sure there's no question about how long it's taking.
* When I go to the Developer Area of your site and "Switch To" the Open Graph tester, there are many, many 'read' actions already in his log. Delete those. Otherwise, when the approver goes to one of those articles, the Read won't trigger because it's already been used.

Finally, when you submit your instructions, you may want to provide some specific K2 articles to click into, instead of saying "Go to the blog and click around". It' will make their tests simpler if they don't have to learn how to navigate your site.

I hope that helps. As far as configuration goes, things seem right.

Thanks,
Alex

Definitely keep me posted. It does look setup and worked for me, but the above points may have caused the confusion. Let's hope that's the case.

In the upcoming v5.1 release (next month), we'll be having lots of new Open Graph Action sharing options that should be more powerful and hopefully easier to implement and get approved.

Thanks, and good luck,
Alex
