I renewed today my subscription! Yeah I'm so happy but i have some questions.
I'm currently running Jfbconnect on a joomla 1.5 website. I did i migration to J2.5 but i don't want to leave users offline for several days! So i decided to do inverse procedure:
-Working on new website (installing components, plugins, module positions ecc)
-Actualize when i'm ready the database. So i will do a new migration on old website with jupgrade THEN i will import the tables in the new one website.

So... how it work JFBconnect? I just installed 2.5 version on new website (but is offline right now) when i'm ready i can simply DELETE and IMPORT all tables from the old website?
Whick is the best way to do this? (drop tables, deleting tables ecc)
Can i have some kind of conflict? In that case i should import only users or what else? Many thanks for your reply!

If you're using v4.3.x on your Joomla 1.5 website, you can do exactly what you stated. The table structure is identical between v4.3 and v5.0, so copying the tables from the old site to the new site will simply copy all settings, user connections, and everything else JFBConnect stores to the new site.

If you run into any issues or have any questions, just let us know. We anticipated a lot of users upgrading from 4.3 to 5.x and intentionally kept the tables the same to make that process as easy as possible.

Best of luck,
Alex

Oh, also, make sure you transfer the following tables:
#__jfbconnect_xyz
#__opengraph_xyz

There are a few of each of those, but mainly wanted to make sure you knew about the opengraph tables which are separate, but required by JFBConnect.
