Sorry for the delay in responding to this post. Have you checked out the Open Graph Actions for Joomla configuration guide yet? It covers the basic setup, though things have changed on Facebook's end recently. We're planning to update the guide soon as well as create a lot of tutorial videos for different types of actions.
