Please see our Facebook July 2013 Breaking Changes blog post. That explains the changes coming in July, but JFBConnect is largely unaffected.

If you run Autotune and click "Update Settings" or "Set All Recommendations" it will set your migration settings up properly. In the Developer Area on Facebook, you can delete the message that was sent.
