Help with Open Graph was created by vfr
Hi there.
I was hoping I could get some help configuring two Open Graph actions for my site before my subscription expires.
I have been working on different, higher priority projects and, even though I really tried hard on a few occasion to configure it myself, this time it was really out of my grasp. I had the basic "read an article" configured and working the first three days, but then I did who knows what and broke it.

I have SClogin working, comments working and share working, but no Open Graph integration for two main sections -> Articles [read an article] and Videos -> [watched a video]

I have created an account and will PM the details...

Figured just to come back to my post and say "Thank You for Your kind support!"
while I still have access to this forum.
Not that it helped me...though...
or made me want to come back...

vfr,
First off, we have no problem helping users who have subscriptions that recently expired. Even moreso, we'll always help with any topics that were created while the subscription was still active. We don't try to 'run out the clock' on subscription support in any way.

As to your question, I don't see anything in my inbox from your username and therefore, don't have any details about your site, current issue, what you've tried or what you're looking for. Can you go the "Sent Messages" area and ensure that you sent it to "alzander"? We'll gladly look into things for you and help with whatever problem you're having, but right now, I don't know any details.

Also, please note, we generally don't go in and configure sites for users as we don't know the details of sites. We'll gladly help provide guidance, but we don't have a custom implementation team that will setup the Open Graph Actions for you.

Thanks,
Alex
