Looking at the HTML on your site, the permissions being requested are:
email,publish_actions,publish_stream,
First, the extra comma (,) at the end shouldn't be there. If you added that permission in the "Custom Permissions" box in the Facebook API area, please delete the extra comma.
As for the problem, that error means that the user hasn't granted the permission to publish to their wall. That permission is publish_actions. However, if you have publish_stream set (which you do), that overrides 'publish_actions' with a different prompt. If the user declines that permission, then you won't be able to publish to their wall or post Open Graph Actions.
I'd recommend re-authenticating and making sure that you approve all permissions. You may also want to remove the publish_stream permission request altogether as the Post To Wall function built-in to JFBConnect is not recommended to be used anymore.
