Floyd,
Does the Login with Facebook button work for logging in or registering on the site in general, or are you only seeing this error when you use the Re-connect feature for logged in users?

In general, there's 2 reasons I can think of for that error:
* There's some other Facebook extension enabled on that page that causing conflicts with JFBConnect
* Your Facebook App is still in "Sandbox Mode". Go to the FB Developer Area and make sure that setting is disabled.

If none of that helps, let me know the answer to the first question and possibly the URL of a page where we can test, and we'll gladly help you investigate further.
