don't ask permission during connect from facebook

Posting without permission will never be available. I'm not sure when I ever said that, but if I did, I was wrong. Facebook requires permission to post as it prevents 'bad' apps from spamming a user's Timeline.

The permission will always be required to post to a users Timeline. Also, as noted in my other response , I wouldn't recommend using the automatic posting feature on registration or login going forward as they violate recent changes to Facebook's policies.
