Sandbox mode is disabled.Usually, when that happens, it's because your Facebook Application is in Sandbox mode. Can you go to the Developer Area and make sure the app is not in Sandbox mode?
They are enabled. If that's not it, please check the following:
* Ensure the JFBConnect - Authentication and JFBConnect - User plugins are enabled
Not yet implemented SEF.* Disable any SEF extensions you have
Again not implemented yet.* Turn off any caching you have enabled (in Global Config or any 3rd party extensions)
This did the trick!!! It threw an error "Facebook API Error: API calls from the server require an appsecret_proof argument".* In the Configuration -> Facebook API area, enable the "Display API errors on the front-end" setting
Try again. See if there are any system messages displaying or if things behave differently in any way.
Nope, that shouldn't be a problem. Those settings can simply muddle the issue when you run into problems. Disabling them is a good first debugging step. Caching and SEF are very well supported with JFBConnect and shouldn't cause problems.Just a follow up, if i enable SEF and caching sometime in the future, will the components stop working?
