Facebook Permission Window not Showing

I just looked at your proxxx.sg website. Permissions are being properly requested there. Once a user approves those permissions though, they won't be asked again. If you want to test and verify, you can go to the Account Settings -> Apps area in Facebook and delete the app from your profile. Then, the next time you login, you should see the permissions again.
