I am getting the following error when I try to log in using my previously working JFBC:
Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

I have seen similar issues in the Joomla v3X forum, but the suggestions there did not fix my issue:

Any suggestions? I have checked my FB app and can't find sudden inconsistencies......of course I am getting old.......;)

Alex, this may have been spurious. It is working now and starting working again late last night. I'm not sure what the issue was or if it was related to the July "breaking changes". I re-ran autotune and the only issues it found were related to those changes and all seems to be well now.

Sorry for the fire drill!

Looks like Facebook rolled out a bug yesterday that was fixed pretty quickly. We never saw the issue, but your the 2nd user to report the exact same error message on a site that was previously working. The other user said it corrected itself as well.

Facebook is constantly updating their Javascript API which can introduce issues, although uncommon. It sounds like you just got bit, temporarily, this time.

Of course, if it comes back or you run into other problems, just let us know.
