link at the bottom of every page. Simply fill out that form, and your refund will be processed in a few business days. We ask that you've uninstalled JFBConnect before requesting a refund.
Otherwise, if you need support, we'll gladly help how we can. The only request we've seen from you were resolved due to the Sandbox being enabled in your Facebook App. If you're still having problems, please let us know.
