JFBCFan with no icon/ title

Yes, that's simply the JFBCLike module. The Like module can be used to Like any website URL, whether it's on your site or not, and that includes Facebook pages. The JFBCFan module can only point to a Facebook Page.

On the page you linked to, we simply have the following tag:
{JFBCLike href=https://www.facebook.com/sourcecoast layout=button_count}
You can implement the same with the JFBCLike module too.

The Fan module is good if you want to show the title bar, user faces, or stream from your page. Things that can only be done with a FB Page. The Like button is good for a 'minimal' view.
