What profile plugin did you install? If you're using JFBConnect v5.0, please make sure you've installed the "Social Profile" plugin, not the older "JFBCProfile" plugin that was used in JFBConnect v3 and v4.
Finally, if nothing shows in the Profiles area of JFBConnect, check:
* That that social profile plugin is enabled
* The extension you're trying to integrate with is installed as well. For example, if you install the Social Profiles - JomSocial plugin, you must have JomSocial installed.
Hope that helps, but if not, let me know what plugin you installed, and what extension you're trying to integrate with. Also, let me know what version of that extension you have installed (v2.8 for JomSocial, for example).
