image from article not shown in facebook post

Do you have the Open Graph - Content plugin installed and enabled on your site? That should automatically insert the first image from the article's text as the Open Graph image tag.

If that's enabled, can you let me know how you're adding that image to the article? Is the image inserted into the WYSIWYG editor, or are you using the "Intro Image" or "Full Text Image" settings in the article editor area? The Open Graph plugin doesn't currently support those fields, but will be updated to support that soon.

I'm not sure why the image wouldn't be inserted properly then. Would it be possible to provide us a set of Super Admin credentials so we can get in and see how things are configured and how the image is being inserted into articles so we can understand better?

Thanks for the admin credentials. I just tried to investigate this issue. Unfortunately, I can access your admin area, but the front-end is returning a server error for me right now.

This happened the first time I visited the site and I did not make any configuration changes. I'm not sure what's wrong, but hopefully it's a temporary issue. If the site is up again, let us know and we'll gladly investigate the problem above further. If you think the site is down due to JFBConnect for any reason, let us know what may have changed and we'll help there too.

Sorry to hear about the problems on your site. That's never fun to deal with.

As for the image issue, the Open Graph - Content plugin was installed, but wasn't published. I went ahead an published it, and things seem to be working well now. The proper og:image is being inserted. Facebook is recommending that you use a larger image, but that's something you can take care of.
