Miles,
The subject and body of that email can be found in the language file, /language/en_GB/en_GB.com_jfbconnect.ini The strings specifically are:
COM_JFBCONNECT_NEW_LIKE_BODY
COM_JFBCONNECT_NEW_LIKE_SUBJECT

Please note though, the email only goes to the user(s) you've configured in the admin area of JFBConnect to be sent the email. It's mainly meant as a way for administrators to know when a Like or Comment has been done on your site, not necessarily to notify users.
