My site crashed recently and I've been trying to get things going again. JFBConnect worked previously. I reinstalled the latest version on my Joomla 2.5 site.
The front page loads; correctly, it seems. Then the page tries to reload itself with the following URL:
www.atlantasportflight.com/index.php?opt...w==&cb=1364234997102
I then get a 404 error.

There is no login module published to the front page.
There is no SEF enabled.

I'm relatively new to Joomla and appreciate any help.
Thanks in advance for your responses.

If that page is automatically loading, it means you have the Automatically Login Facebook Users enabled, and JFBConnect is simply trying to automatically log you in.

As for the 404 error, that's odd for that page to throw an error like that. The component should definitely be there, obviously. Can you check the following:
* Go to the Joomla Extension Manager and search for the JFBConnect component. Make sure it is "Enabled"
* Check that you can properly access the JFBConnect Administrator area. Check that the versions are up-to-date
* Disable the Auto-Login Facebook Users setting, enable the SCLogin module and try logging in by manually clicking the "Login with Facebook" button.

Let us know if any of that helps narrow things down.

Thanks,
Alex

Very glad to hear you got it going. If there was something you fixed that you think we should know about, please let us know. We're always looking to improve documentation and other areas to prevent users from running into the same issue.

Of course, if you run into anything else, or need more assistance, just let us know.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It certainly isn't required, but is very appreciated:

Thanks,
Alex
