The JFBCContent plugin and the Open Graph - Content plugin are separate. Neither requires the other to be enabled.
When you get the white screen, what page are you looking at? Is it the front-end, or admin area? Is it the whole site, or just specific component type pages that cause it? Can you go to the Joomla Global Configuration and set Error Reporting to 'maximum'? That should show an error on the white-screen page that will let us narrow down where the problem lies. Let us know that error, and we can help you get things going.
If you disable the Open Graph - Content plugin, you won't be able to create Content objects using the plugin.
