Truly basic question here, just the abc's of Facebook, but important for our project... :P

We know status updates on a profile or a page go to the newsfeeds of friends / likers. But, can the status update from a profile or a page be made to appear on another page in some way?? That is, the update gets 'shared / sent / messaged / somehow' so it shows on a second page's wall or in its newsfeed?

The aim is to prevent the profile / page owner from having to put their update up in one place and then go to the second page as well and paste the same thing there.

What do you think? Thanks in advance.

Kiwi,
After you create a status update on a Page, there's a "Like | Comment | Share" bar that's under the post. When you click the "Share" button, you'll get a popup and you can choose where you want that content to go: your profile, a group, or another Page.

Using the Share button is good because when content is shared from a Page, it gives that page a more positive rating in Facebook's eyes because it means the content is 'good'. So, it's definitely better to share a post than to re-post the same content elsewhere.

Hope that helps, but if not or you need anything else, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex
