When a user goes directly to any Facebook Page, they'll see the standard 'Cover photo' view:

You can also setup JFBConnect to show your site in a Page Tab, which is one of those icons in the bottom right hand side of the Cover Photo. A direct link can also be used:

If you want to add that, go to the "Page Tab/Canvas" area of JFBConnect. At the top should be some text that says "Your Page Tab application appears to be setup properly. To add it to your Facebook Page, Click Here.". Click there, and you can add the icon I mentioned above.
Finally, for the migration setting, in the developer area, you can click "See All" above the notifications. Then, in the new view, you can archive the message by clicking one of the icons in the top right of the message.
