Now I discovered that if i disable CSS Compression and Javascript compression of my template (Shaper Magazine template) the SCLogin module works but JBC Follow doesn't. How i can resolve this trouble without disabling these options?

You look to have an optimization plugin installed on the site that's trying to combine and compress your Javascript files. However, the jfbconnect.js file isn't being included. You'll need to clear your Joomla cache, disable that extension, or otherwise look into why our Javascript file is being excluded.

If I go to www.atempodihockey.it/?template=atomic , the file is being properly included.

Hope that helps,
Alex

I'm not sure about the Follow button. In the Javascript console, the following error message is appearing:

fb:follow failed to resize in 45s

That looks to be like a but with Facebook's Javascript library right now. We're investigating.

As for the jfbconnect.js file, I'm not sure what's happening then. Something is preventing the JFBConnect javascript file from loading, and you'll need to narrow down what that is. You can try re-ordering the JFBCSystem plugin to either a higher or lower ordered position to see if that helps. Make sure you clear your Joomla caches after any changes though.

If that doesn't help, you'll need to dig into why your template is removing our file. Again, it is being loaded with the standard Joomla templates, so it's not a JFBConnect issue, it's something else interfering with our operations.

Hope that helps get you started,
Alex

I'm not sure what you mean by this at all. We are investigating the Follow issue and will let you know. As for why the jfbconnect.js file isn't being loaded, I don't know. I'd need your help with a little investigation to help figure it out. Again, that file is being properly included when a different template is used.
Do you know why your template is removing our Javascript file?
Have you tried re-ordering the JFBCSystem plugin, like we recommended?

Beyond that, if you're unhappy, we have a 30-day money back guarantee. Please feel free to request a refund, and we'll gladly process it for you:
