Hello!

I didn`t find the answer, but maybe I`am nearly blind today ;-)

The "Social" configuration do not include a JomSocial plugin, right?
We have a lot of information into the events, also photos and videos which are interesting for our Facebook readers too. The problem is that JomSocial and Facebook don`t like each other (in our case), so if we share an event, a photo or a video - the photo is always missing and also the description is not taken from the JS content.

Is there a way to have JFCB handle this?

Thank you for bringing light into my darkness :-)

Back again..
I have found the og:data but I think they are not on the right place, so they could not get loaded from Facebook!?
The site is erotikinsider.com / or here is a eventsubpage: erotikinsider.com/community/events/event...d-depeche-mode-night

Any idea?

Thank you in advance

The Open Graph data may not have been picked up by Facebook right away. I just used the Open Graph Debug tool to test the page and I *think* the information looks correct. The only thing missing is an image tag:
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/o...d-depeche-mode-night

However, Facebook is smart enough to 'find' what looks to be the right image. You specify the exact image using the {SCOpenGraph image=http://yoursite.com/link-to-image.jpg} tag. You can add that in a module or in the Event's description. Right now, our Open Graph - JomSocial plugin does not support automatically adding images for events, but it's something we're planning soon.

The OG JomSocial plugin does support Groups for adding images and other information on those pages.

Hope that helps explain a little of what JFBConnect is, and isn't, doing right now. If you have any questions or feedback though, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
