After I made an upgrade to the new version, we have a problem. After a short period of time, in the k2 articles we dont see the like and comment buttons, but instead the next line:  "{JLinkedShare href=http://www.veterinarul.ro/blog-video-veterinarul/un-ucigas-grandios-intr-un-spectacol-grandios.html counter=no_count}{JFBCLike layout=standard show_faces=1 show_send_button=1 width=250 action=like font=arial colorscheme=light href=http://www.veterinarul.ro/blog-video-veterinarul/un-ucigas-grandios-intr-un-spectacol-grandios.html}
{JFBCComments href=http://www.veterinarul.ro/blog-video-veterinarul/un-ucigas-grandios-intr-un-spectacol-grandios.html width=450 num_posts=10 colorscheme=light order_by=social}"

If I erase the websites cache from the admin panel, we can see the buttons again. After a few minutes, the buttons change into that text again. This happens in all the browsers. It is an active website, the problem is serious enough. What can we do to fix this? I use joomla 2.5.9 , k2 2.6.6, template gavick pro

The problem appears random on all the computers we have, from different ips.

Thanks
Iulian.

It sounds like you simply have your System - Cache plugin ordered before the JFBCSystem plugin. That would cause your pages content to be cached *before* our plugin replaces those tags.

Please check your system plugins and order the System - Cache plugin last (highest number after all others) and then clear your Joomla caches. Hopefully, that's all it is, and may fix issues with other extensions as well that need to use system plugins.

Hope that helps, but if not, let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

I set the plugin system JFB as I could in front of other system plugins. It has moments when it does not work ok and has moments when error occurs. If you delete cache sees ok for a while.

The problem is annoying.

Can you send us a picture of the Plugin Manager with all the enabled plugins showing? That will help us see the ordering better or if there are other 'optimization' plugins that may be an issue.

My first assessment definitely sounds right.. some caching login is functioning before JFBConnect can replace those tags. Now we just need to know what caching that is and how to make it properly fire after the whole page has been rendered.

Thanks,
Alex
