If you're able to login, but other user's can't, it's likely an indication that you've set your app into "Sandbox Mode". Please go to the Facebook Developer Area and check your app settings.

If your app isn't in sandbox mode, let us know, and we can investigate further.. but I wouldn't know the answer off the top of my head.
