There's a few reasons that could be causing that. All are usually very easy to solve. The first thing I see is that you're using a version of JFBConnect that's about 8 months old. We'd highly recommend you upgrade to the latest v4.3.4 release, which may solve your problem immediately. There's been lots of changes in Facebook recently and our latest release incorporates all of those changes.
