Hello. Please let me know what url do i have to insert in this field (i attached you a screenshot). An url like: www.mydomain.com/my_policy, correct?
Where my_policy is the name of page?
Give me an example.

This is our Privacy statement URL that we use:
www.sourcecoast.com/privacy

There are no specific conditions you have to include in your Privacy statement. You just have to have one that users can read.

It's a requirement by Facebook that every app has some sort of privacy policy defined. That is part of their Terms of Service, though you can technically use an app without having one defined.
