Jag,
I'm not really sure what you mean. What popup view are you talking about? When you click Like button or do something else? I'm not sure why the image would show up correctly. Looking at the Open Graph tags, things look right from a quick glance. However, you also look to be using an older version of JFBConnect. The newest release is v4.3.4, which does have quite a few updates for our new Open Graph integration that was introduced in v4.3.0 as well as compatibility improvements with changes in Facebook.

Hope that helps, but with more details we can help further. We do ask that you please post from the account that you have an active subscription from. Priority support is for active subscribers only.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi,
Thanks for quick reply,
Actually, client has subscription , id is - which has ended on 25 dec 2012

The actual error is,
In the K2 category view, items are listed from sub categories. So when clicked on JFB (FB) send button, the send pop up window from fb doesnot include thubnail image for some of the k2 items and also description is included in the send pop up is different included from that of item description.
Please click on the send button in the first and second items in the category view to see the error on this page - neurostrada.pl/blog

Imag attached
Thanks

The actual K2 item that the Send button links to has many instances of the Facebook Javascript library included on it. Those are conflicting with JFBConnect and likely causing your issue. You'll need to remove those instances.

If that doesn't help, I'm not sure what the issue is. My best suggestion would be to upgrade JFBConnect and see if the improvements in the newer release fixes the issue. Additionally, an active subscription would be required for further investigation.

Hope that helps get you going,
Alex
