Sorry I didn't get to this sooner. Yes, there's an issue with RokBooster. There's a nice thread about it here, but unfortunately, no response:

The good news is that (we think) the upcoming v5.0 release will get around this issue. We'll be including the social widgets differently in a way that RokBooster hopefully won't alter. We're changing the method for other reasons, but it (should) have the benefit of fixing this.

I just wanted to send you an update about this issue. With the latest v5.0 release of JFBConnect, there is a new implementation of the social widgets which works around the RokBooster issue of stripping tags. We did some testing, and things seem fine to use. Please feel free to update to the latest release and try RokBooster again and let us know your results.

Finally, the thread above at RocketTheme is something we can't reply to since we aren't currently subscribed to their club. We'd love it if you'd post your results there to hopefully help others.
