Can you have all your friends pre-checked when you click the invite button? No one wants to search all and click hundreds of boxed.

Unfortunately, you can't, as far as we're aware. Facebook doesn't want you to pre-check the boxes. They want invites to be sent very intentionally from user to user to prevent abuse or 'spammy' invites.
