Hi there, just looking at the new open graph actions feature. Does the website have to have ssl for this feature to be available?
Thanks in advance!

Nope, SSL is not required on your site for Open Graph Actions to work.

Good luck getting things going. There's some bugs with Facebook right now that we're trying to get cleared up, but actions in general should work. If you have issues though, you know where to find us.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi,
I have similar problem,
When I am trying to auto-tune, this error appears:

COM_JFBCONNECT_FB_API_ERRORCouldn't resolve host 'graph.facebook.com'
Facebook Application configuration could not be loaded. Please check your App ID and Secret Key

Thanks

Maveric,
I don't think your issue is related to the above. The error message you see is a sign that the DNS lookups on your server aren't working as they should. You'd need to contact your hosting provider/technical support and ask them to make sure that your site can do DNS lookups and make outgoing requests to other servers. Communication to Facebook's servers happens over a number of URLs, including graph.facebook.com.

I hope that helps, but if you need more information, just let us know. This is not an issue with JFBConnect specifically though.

Thanks,
Alex
