SCLogin and JFB CB Plugin showing as installed but not published

Hmm.. never heard of that one before. We really just ask Joomla, "Hey, is this plugin (or module) published?" and then report the results. Not sure why it would show up differently for you. My best guess is to check to make sure they are not marked as Registered, or some other non-public level.. but I really don't think we even check for that.
