Hobnil,
Your site looks to be in Offline Mode right now, so I can't test. That message above usually happens if your home page of www.urbandeejays.net/ redirects to another page, even just something like www.urbandeejays.net/index.php is a redirect. Our Error Checker tool currently won't follow such redirects.

When you're site is online again though, I can gladly manually check the home page for the same things the Error Checker would look for. Beyond that, the most important thing to test is if the functionality you want (login, social buttons, etc) work. The Error Checker is a good start, but real testing is still required.

Should you run into any issues, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex (sorry for my Inglés)

My web service is installed and JfacebookConect but with the following error:
"Another extension is installed Facebook, Including the Facebook Javascript library, and may conflict."

I checked everything: disable and uninstall extensions conflicting, clean cache, etc ... I've seen the same problem in the forum, but I could not solve my problem.

The installed modules (JfacebookConect) my site work well (comments and Fanbox), but has trouble loginFacebook button.

loginFacebook Only works in Firefox but not automatic (data prompts the user to register). This is the tool that most interests me but that has been my headache.

I have six months to use this extension but I could never get it to work. I wish I could do it ... Can you help me?

Thank you!

Hobnil,
The other extension including the Facebook library looks to be your Gavick Template. Go through it's settings and disable the Facebook integration there. The App ID used in your template is "482001268491214", which is different from the one you set in JFBConnect. The re-inclusion of the FB Javascript and a different App ID is definitely the cause of your login issues. Remove that and you should be good.

Hope that helps,
Alex

Hello,

I did what you suggested and the error chek is solved:

1. Test: JFBCSystem plugin is enabled
or Pass
2. Test: Facebook Javascript library inclusion
or Pass
3. Test: Checking Facebook locale setting
or Pass
4. Test: Checking for known-conflicting extensions
or Pass

However, I can not get the LoginFacebook automatically connect to my visits. From my MAC computer is possible, but for some reason my requests from Windows users your registration data as a typical registration form: == www.urbandeejays.net/component/jfbconnec...inregister&return=Lw

What I need is that my users can automatically Logar Facebook.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thank you!

Go into the Configuration area of JFBConnect and check the "Registration Mode" setting. It sounds like it's set to "Normal" and that you'd prefer "Automatic", which has no forms. The user is automatically created when they click the Login with Facebook button.

Once registered, then clicking the Login with Facebook button again will immediately log them in. My guess for your Mac computer is that you're already logged into Facebook with an account that has registered on your site. On your Windows computer, you're trying to login while using a different Facebook account and then seeing the registration form.

Hope that helps,
Alex

Awesome! Glad to hear we got you going. Hopefully, it's all smooth sailing from here, but if you need anything else, just let us know.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It certainly isn't required, but is very appreciated:

Thanks,
Alex
