We are looking into a different way of requesting that permission (basically, only on the first registration instead of on every login). We also submitted a bug report asking for more clarity on this issue, since the fb:login-button doesn't have any built-in method to prevent the re-requesting of the publish_actions permission.. it will request them on every login automatically. I don't know when this change would be incorporated into JFBConnect. The 5.0 release is progressing well and will be out later this month. My guess is that it would be in a 5.0.1 update to that release.
