Hi
We bought the JFBConnect with ID: 5354804aec9a0479f061fcd7492cb5f. He left our project group, so I renew(actually is "buy") the JFBConnect with my id 51843f6888003a00a4c348f03b296d84.
We found that the JFB component is disappear from our site now, how to make it work again? Can we also get discount?

Any help will be great appreciated.

We have renewal discounts if your subscription is purchased while the old one is still active. Once it expires, which it sounds like your old one would have expired in mid-December, the renewal discount is no longer available.

As for the component disappearing, I'm not sure what happened. You sent a Private Message with the following details:

We are using the old JFB version that is Jun, 2012 with Joomla 2.5. We haven't touch the site for a while so no code changes. We found it was still ok at the last visit(around Dec. 20), but it now work now.

Unfortunately, that doesn't help us understand the issue much more. Would it be possible to post (or Private Message) a link to the site? Seeing the behavior on the front-end would help to understand why the button isn't showing.

JFBConnect v4.2.x should still work fine. There haven't been any changes to Facebook, that we know of, that should have broken that release. So, we should be able to get you going without upgrading, if you aren't ready to move to v4.3 yet.
