Our Open Graph Action system doesn't post to a Facebook Page, it's posts to the user's wall that reads the article. They are different methods for promotion.
We don't do an automatic publish to a Facebook Page yet, and simply recommend going to the Facebook Page and creating a status update to announce your new post. It's more personalized to your Facebook audience as you can create a specific intro, along with the intro text from the article that will automatically be included, to tailor it to your Facebook Fans. obSocialSubmit is also a good tool for automatic posting to walls if you don't want to go to the slightly extra effort of doing it yourself.
The posting from users to a wall needs to be as frictionless as possible, which is what Open Graph Actions allow.
Auto posts to a Facebook Wall are something we'll be doing later this year, but don't have any timeline on when that would be available yet.
