Hi, I am using Joomla 1.7 and installed jfbconnect and also updated today to latest version v 4.3.3

I was also using this on my local server and was working fine ..
Now the site is live .. ykvideo.com

And the login credentials we used earlier to test site (on local server) is working fine on live site as well. But with new credentials user is not able to login.
Any further info you need ?

Glad to hear that you got the issue resolved. If you need anything else, just let us know.

Finally, I'd highly, highly recommend upgrading to Joomla 2.5. There are numerous security vulnerabilities in Joomla 1.7 that make it very easy to hack into your website. It will make your life much easier to upgrade now, and it's usually just a one-click process to do so.

Best of luck,
Alex

HI, I am stuck with another issue now.

www.ykvideo.com

I am getting error :

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JFBConnectFacebookLibrary::userIsConnected() in /home/ykvideo/public_html/plugins/system/jfbcsystem/jfbcsystem.php on line 119

Plugin is enabled and files are there.

And on running Error check in admin I get this :

JFBConnect Remote Error Check
Checks performed on: ykvideo.com/

Warning: Issues were found with your site. Please check all tests below and correct any warnings or errors.

Test: JFBCSystem plugin is enabled
Fail: Not Detected! Please enable in the Site Config area of Autotune or in the Joomla plugin manager.

If enabled, but you still get this error, please check:
If you have a 'mobile template', disable and re-test
Some templates have their own Facebook integration, and actively try to remove other Facebook extensions files. Try a different template.

No further tests can be run until fixed.

Can you check your JFBConnect component version? It sounds like you're using the 4.3 version of the JFBCSystem plugin, but the 4.2 version of the component. I'm not sure how that would happen, or if you meant to do that, but that's the likely problem.

Let us know the versions of your system plugin and component, and if they aren't the same x.y version, you'll need to fix that.

Thanks,
Alex
