When I try to access the Admin area I receive "Fatal error: Class 'SCStringUtilities' not found in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\clswyoming\administrator\components\com_jfbconnect\admin.jfbconnect.php on line 16"

Update: Somehow, I can miraculously access the frontend, but still receive a 500 error on the backend accessing JFBConnect overview page.

Alright, still strange, but progress. That's a bug that was in the 4.3.1 release, but shouldn't be in anything later. I'm assuming you're using 4.3.2 or 4.3.3, but I'm not sure.

Please try enabling the JFBCSystem plugin, if it's not enabled, and see if that properly gets into the admin Overview area. If not, again, please go to the Joomla Update manager and hit "Purge Cache" and "Refresh" to see if there are any updates that are listed for JFBConnect.

I'm not entirely sure which version I'm using as there is none indicated in the php file. I did mention that this all happened after an 'update' yesterday, assuming I was one version behind. Is it possible to manually uninstall, and reinstall using the most recent release?

I still was not able to access the overview page after enabling JFBC System, and do not see any updates after purging the cache and refreshing. Thanks.

I wouldn't uninstall it, as that may cause other issues with the unknown state of things.

I would recommend downloading the latest release from the "My Subscriptions" area and re-installing the main component. That will update the main component, the system, user and authentication plugins and our library that we use for a lot of functionality. That should get all the critical pieces up to date for you.
