"I just edited your Open Graph configurations to change the following in the "Webcams (Read)" action:
* checked the box next to "webcams [content - article]" to associate that action with those types of pages/objects THAT SETTING PROBABLY DROPPED DURING RECENT TESTING PROCESS OF LR CODE MODIFICATION. SWITCHING ACTIONS ON AND OFF AFFECTS THE SETTINGS I'VE FOUND
* Set the "On Page Load Timer" to 15 so that it triggers after the page has been viewed for 15 seconds (minimum is 10, per Facebook's policy requirements). THIS I WILL REMEMBER TO DO

Once I did that, I visited the page, and the blue popup appeared and displayed:
"Error: (#100) The action type news:Read does not exist or is not approved"
IT DON'T WORK FOR ME OR MY TEST USER. (TRIED GOOGLE CHROME AND FIREFOX BROWSERS)

Please go to the Configuration -> Facebook API tab of JFConnect and set "Show Facebook API Errors on Front-End" to "Yes". Then, go to the page you were testing. Wait 30 seconds or so (just in case) and see if any popup with any message appears. Let me know what that message is, if any.

I was testing on "index.php/webcams.html", which, if I go there now, I see the proper Javascript to trigger the action. With the Front-End messages disabled, though, I can't see the same message I saw and posted above.

Thanks,
Alex
