Hi,

I just find that, after I install Jomsocial, I cannot run Kunena 2.03 (fetal error display) if I switch on your "System - Jfbc system" plugin in the backend. I think there is a conflict between Jomsocial and Jfbconnect's integration with Kunena, and I need to close one of you imperatively in order to avoid it. May I get your help on solving this because I like both Jfbconnect and Jomsocial. Thanks.

What is the fatal error message you're receiving? That will help us understand and suggest a solution to the issue.

JFBConnect should definitely work in that configuration, and we'll help fix whatever problem you're having.

Thanks,
Alex

Here is the error message when I click any of the Kuena topics after I switch on the "System - Jfbc system" plugin:
anti-pd.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&...=2&id=1&Itemid=755#1

It shows that it is a "500 internal server error"

Dear Alzander,

I find out the conflict point now, when I enable the Jomsoial avatar in the "Kunena - JomSocial Integration" plugin, it displays the attached error message! If I disable the Jomsocial avatar in this plugin, the Kunena can run normally. As you can see from the attached picture, it may be something concerned with your openGraph memory size allocation. Can you find a solution for it?

Thanks for your help.

franklau,
The "Kunena - JomSocial Integration" plugin isn't from JFBConnect. I'm not sure what that is, but memory allocation errors are an indication that you have more extensions (plugins, components, modules) enabled than the server can handle with the amount of memory you are allowing it to use.

So, even though the error may be showing in the OpenGraph.php file, which is ours, it doesn't mean there's a problem in that file. It just means that by the time that file ie executing, all the other extensions have eaten up the available memory and our file is left with none to do what it needs to do. I believe at that point, disabling any other plugins may remove the error or at least make the error move to a different file.

Hope that explains how it's not really a JFBConnect-specific issue. What you can/should do is either:
* Disable any plugins you are not using and do not need. Especially system type ones, since they run on every page. That will free up more memory.
* Disable any modules you aren't using or don't need
* Ask your hosting company to increase the PHP memory limit from 25MB (it's current limit) to something higher, like 32MB.

If you have any other questions, just let us know, and good luck,
Alex
